Sarah Giller Nelson, Founder, Master Organizer

My name is Sarah Giller Nelson and I am organized. I experience a sense of calm when I walk into well-ordered spaces. I enjoy feeling unencumbered. I like being able to find anything in my house in 60 seconds or less.

As a busy Miami mom, I recognize the challenges of sharing a home with two curious, energetic children, and a gadget-loving husband. Knowing how to sift through, sort out, and organize all the “stuff” a household needs comes naturally to me, and is a skill that I draw upon all the time.

As a professional organizer, I help overwhelmed people find time, clarity, a sense of accomplishment, and a place to put their keys. Since founding Less is More® Organizing Services in 2010, I have shown thousands of people (including quite a few celebrities!) how less clutter, stress, and discord will lead to more time, balance, and happiness. My approach is deeply informed by my previous career as a museum curator and art historian. In fact, I have a BA in Art History from Brown University and a Master’s Degree from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I currently serve as the Chairwoman of the Design Review Board of the City of Miami Beach.

My organizing expertise has led to TV, radio, and press interviews in local and national publications. I love to give talks about getting organized. Most recently, I was featured in Martha Stewart Living and Real Simple magazines, and named one of Miami's top "closet concierges" by Modern Luxury Miami and Ocean Drive Magazine.

At Less is More®, my team and I will take the time to carefully evaluate your habits and needs, and then design a comprehensive organizational plan to create beautiful, well-functioning spaces. Our hands-on organizing sessions put the plan into action. The results will be dramatic and inspiring.

Elaine Periera, Miami Professional Organizer

Elaine Pereira, Lead Organizer

I am Elaine Pereira, and changing people's lives through organization is one of my passions. My motto is "Mens sana in Domo sana"  (a healthy mind in a healthy house). For me, helping others organize their lives is the highest expression of solidarity.  Even as a child, I  spent my time helping family and friends to reorganize and update their homes.  My approach when working with clients begins with listening to their needs so I can fully understand what “being organized” means to them. Once we have a shared vision, I use the sense of balance, harmony, and beauty I developed during my long career in luxury hospitality (at the St. Regis Bal Harbour, Soho Beach House, and Jade Signature Residences) to make that vision a reality.

In addition to being naturally organized, I am constantly looking for ways to feed my curiosity. I have a degree in Biology-Environment Sciences and a Master's Degree in the Science of Hospitality and Tourism. I am a certified member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and a certified member  of the International Home Staging Association.  Eu falo português. Hablo español.

Bailey Powis, Family Organizing Specialist

I’m Bailey Powis and I believe an organized home is one of the kindest gifts you can give yourself and your family. With over a decade of experience working with children—from early childhood education to being a professional nanny—I’ve learned that structure and simplicity create more space for what really matters: connection, calm, and creativity. Organizing has always come naturally to me, whether it’s setting up functional play areas, simplifying systems for busy families, or refreshing spaces that feel overwhelming. I grew up in Kansas City, where my love of helping others and creating order first took root. My goal is to make your space feel more peaceful, more functional, and more you. I’m all about meeting people where they are and making the process feel doable and even a little fun.

I have also earned a Level II ADHD Specialist Certificate from the Institute for Chronic Disorganization. This training gives me a particular skill set for solving the unique organizing and executive functioning challenges faced by clients affected by ADHD and Chronic Disorganization.
